Most comforting of scriptures - John 16:33

Life can be difficult. The world can provide difficulty just because we're asked to do hard things here but also because there can be temptations that push us to compromise standards or make poor decisions. Additionally, following the Savior or the living prophet can bring ridicule occasionally. Jesus understood this so well. This verse speaks to his understanding:

John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have^a peace. In the ^bworld ye shall have ^ctribulation: but be of good^dcheer; I have ^eovercome the world.
